Please allow a full 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment.
If your appointment is cancelled or no-showed within 48 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee for 50% of the planned services. This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. If you have future appointments booked, this fee will need to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your remaining appointments. If it is not paid, these appointments will be cancelled.
If you have no-showed an appointment twice, you may no longer book an appointment with me. I want to work with clients who value my time, and I promise to value your hair in return.
If you need to reschedule your appointment and are outside the cancellation policy (48hrs) you are allowed to reschedule one time within 12 weeks of your current appointment. While I understand that life and reschedules happen, it is hard to accommodate clients who move their appointments often.
If you need to reschedule the same appointment more than once, you will be charged a $50 fee. This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. If you have future appointments booked, this fee will need to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your remaining appointments. If it is not paid, these appointments will be cancelled. In the event of frequent cancellations or reschedules I may require a deposit for future bookings. My schedule books out well in advance and this fee ensures serious booking inquiries only.
Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you receive your full services. If you are running late please text to let me know. Being more than 15 mins late may result in needing to reschedule, as well as being charged for 100% of the services booked.
If you are feeling under the weather, please give ample notice (48 hours) and I will be happy to reschedule for a later date when you feel recovered. This is best for everyone to stay healthy and gorgeous!
If you are not satisfied with your haircut or color, please reach out to me within 7 days of your appointment. I will be happy to adjust any issues for you.
